TAF News Update, 30 June 2020

PT Toyota Astra Financial Services (TAF) confirms that one of our Team Members based in Banjarmasin has tested positive for COVID-19. The Team Member has been required to render 14-days home quarantine since 24th June, 2020. We are currently monitoring his condition on a daily basis.

The health and safety of our Team Members and customers are our utmost priority. We have taken all necessary actions to manage the situation. We conducted contact tracing and Team Members who were identified were also required to undergo 14-days home quarantine. There was no contact with any customer or other external partners, and all of the remaining employees in Banjarmasin will be rapid tested.

TAF continues to comply with health and workplace protocols set out by the government. We immediately performed disinfection and sanitation of our Banjarmasin Branch as well as our other branches including Head Office. Regular and continuous sanitation and disinfection of all our offices are strictly followed.

We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to take necessary measures to protect the safety and well-being of our Team Members, Customers, and Partners.
