You understand that in order to provide the Services that are best for you, TWID may integrate the Services with third-party systems, applications or software. TWID reserves the right to collect information when the Customer registers for TWID account creation, when the Customer provides information as part of the identity verification process, at the time of the transaction, or when the Customer requests a digital receipt. TWID reserves the right to collect, but is not limited to collecting the following:

  1. Customer's general data or information, such as name, email address, work address, telephone number, and date of birth, gender.
  2. Identification, including identification card number and loyalty card.
  3. Contact, including work address, billing address, shipping address, emailaddress, telephone number, contact person data.
  4. including banks, bank accounts, credit cards and financial details.
  5. Transactions, including payment details and sales documents to and from you, and other details related to products and services you use or purchase from us.
  6. Marketing and Communication, including your preference in receiving marketing and communication materials from us and our partners.
  7. Any data and Information uploaded by you or any information about your products and services;
  8. Information attached to you when you access the Site, Application and/or Services;

You hereby agree that your Personal Information may be disclosed to the following parties: (a) the Company's affiliates and subsidiaries, agents and subcontractors; (b) governments, regulatory bodies and fraud prevention agencies for the purpose of identifying, preventing, detecting or tackling fraud, money laundering or other crimes, and for other legitimate purposes; (d) to third parties for risk management purposes (e) other entities that may be required by law or as public interest may warrant, for the purposes described in the next paragraph; and (f) the buyer at the time of the acquisition.   2. Send information and support TWID requests, including receipts, reminders, and support messages and administrative messages;
  3. Send you news and information about the Services and communicate to you the latest products, services, promotions and information offered by TWID and its designated partners;
  4. Provide several choices regarding the usefulness of our information that suits you;
  5. Provide an open and clear explanation of how we use such information;
  6. Publish or share information that has been combined with some users and/or customers, but certainly will not allow you or others to be identified;
  7. Aggregate your account data, which has been uploaded and is non-personal so that you cannot be identified, with data belonging to other users of the Services to improve the quality of service, design promotions or provide a way for you to compare business practices with other users;

TWID ensures that the information and/or Data collected will be stored securely. TWID retains your personal information and/or Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy.

We retain Customer Information, as long as you are a customer or user of one of our products and/or Services. We also retain Customer Information for a certain period of time after you have edone of our products and/or Services if Customer Information is necessary for the Purposes for which Customer Information is collected or to meet legal requirements.

You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account and password, as well as any and all applications submitted, obligations approved or incorporated into and all other activities conducted under such account. Applicable Law

Any reference to applicable laws and regulations under this Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with the provisions set out under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. All issues will be resolved by deliberation in advance, where the parties to the dispute agreed to resolve them at the South Jakarta District Court if within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of deliberations (consensus).

Changes in Privacy Policy

TWID may disclose the information it collects in the event required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TWID may disclose such information at the request of law enforcement agencies or other government agencies, or if TWID feels that such disclosure may prevent a criminal act from occurring, or may assist an investigation in connection with the safety of the public, to protect the security or integrity of the TWID website, or to make TWID take precautions against possible losses.
