Andhy Hermawan (Andhy)

An Indonesian citizen who has officially served as the Corporate Secretary since October 9, 2025, based on the Director’s Decree No. 39/SK-DIR/BOD/X/2025. He began her professional career with the ASTRA Group in 2012 and has served as the Corporate Legal, Secretary, and Compliance Department Head at PT Toyota Astra Financial Services since 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Jenderal Soedirman University and a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia. He is also a registered Mediator at the National Mediation Center and a licensed Advocate registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association.
